Debbie is an experienced and trusted talent management professional who combines decades of legal and recruiting experience, business insight, and industry knowledge. Debbie has been in the legal recruiting industry since 2010, beginning at a small legal recruiting agency in Greater Boston. She subsequently joined Seyfarth Shaw, LLP, an Am Law 100 firm, as a Recruiting Manager responsible for all aspects of recruiting from entry-level associates to equity partners for the firm’s Boston, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta offices.
Debbie was a commercial litigation attorney at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP and Kaye, Fialkow, Richmond & Rothstein in Boston. Debbie graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and received a B.A. from the University of Florida.
In her free time, Debbie enjoys biking the Shining Sea Bike Path in Falmouth, practicing yoga, and spending time with her three furry companions, Sunny, Daisy and Skye.
